“To see beyond the obvious” ....best describes my work and me.  Photography has been my creative outlet since a child.  Over the last 20 years I have been fortunate to work with many master photographers who were and are instrumental to my work.  Ten years ago I survived an auto accident  that forever altered how I see the world and greatly influenced my art.  In the beginning I was drawn to exploring botanical subjects....flowers, shells, foliage....with a focus on larger than life macro prints.  Over time I started to use my macro view of the world to capture larger subjects...dancers, musicians, cars, trains, fireworks...creating abstract experiences with an element of  stopping movement.  After a recent 2 year road trip thru the Midwest , my latest work features more landscapes, including trees, barns, bridges and cranes with a painterly twist.  I also typically present my fine art prints frameless and printed on a variety of substrates including metal, wood, fabric, canvas, glass and ceramic tiles.
